As the daughter of hotel and restaurant owners, from early childhood on everything revolved around quality food, table manners, behaviour and appearance in an exclusive restaurant environment.

The apprenticeship for "Hotelfachfrau" (3 years of theoretical and practical training in all aspects of the Hotel and Catering industry) was the beginning of my carrier in catering. I worked in several renowned Hotels as well as award winning Fine Dining Restaurants in Germany and abroad. Later I visited the "Business School for Hotel & Restaurant Management" in Lübeck, which I left with a diploma "Business Management" issued by the National Hotel & Catering Organisation.
